| It was passed on Promenade floor to have the following house rules in effect now.
1) Members are responsible for their guests.
2) Bartenders can only work so fast.
3) Drinks come first unless you are at the service line, then 1st come, 1st served.
4) The bartenders may go out to clean tables and get drink orders if they have time….
5) Any messages for anyone should be written down. We have a message pad.
6) Only bartenders and people with permission are entitled to be behind the bar.
7) Only workers and people with permission are allowed in the kitchen and through the half door.
8) Don’t talk badly about other people, word gets around …whether it is a rumor or not.
9) If you have a concern, talk to the bar manager, Chef de Gare, or a member of Cheminot, the bartenders cannot fix problems and are not responsible for building issues.
10) Keep foul language to your own sitting area, most people do not like this type of language, especially the “F+++” word.
11) The bartenders may cut an individual off…
12) The bartenders may ask someone to leave (1st offense-24 hours), (2nd offense-30 day suspension from bar, approved by Cheminot), (3rd offense-period of up to 1 year suspension from bar, determined by Cheminot). (Cheminot will require written statements for parties involved and possibly testimony at the following Cheminot meeting.)
13) Ticket winners should not be discussed, and can not be by bartenders. Bartenders can not play on days that they cash any tickets.
14) During private parties upstairs, the front (3) tables and bar must be kept available for members and their guests.
15) Treat everyone like you would like to be treated.(Golden rule)
